SimpleABM (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a division of Metrix Marketing, located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We operate the simpleabm.com website (the “Service”).

SimpleABM does not share mobile phone information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Categories of data related to text messaging opt-in and consent are excluded from sharing and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), SimpleABM’s legal basis for collecting and using personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data collected and the context in which it is collected. SimpleABM may process your Personal Data because:
